Be sure to secure your card to your workspace
and then secure the die (or negative space stencil) to the card. I used washi tape but you can also use blue tape as well. Using Tim Holtz Inks and a dauber you can begin filling in die with some color
As you can see I used
various colors with the different sized balloons, layering over a bit with the
inks.
