Watercolor Backgrounds - Reel Cool

When I broke out my watercolors a few weeks back I decided to make some back grounds and while rummaging around in my stamps I came across one from Rubberneckers. I fussy cut the stamps out, used their sentiment on a diecut speech bubble and then added a couple of glass effect drops and popped up the images. A perfect birthday card for my fisherman hubby.
